At Banksii Legal, we're passionate about privacy. It doesn't make us much fun at parties, but it does mean you can trust that we'll take care of your personal information.

We probably don't need to know your mother's maiden name or the street you grew up on.

We only collect the information you give us, whether that's via email, over the phone, in person, through social media, or through our contact form. No sneaky business.
How it’s used
We'll only use your personal information to do what we've got to do, like contacting you or preparing contracts or advice with your details in them. If you've opted into receiving email updates and news and you change your mind, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe button in the email.
Who it’s shared with
We'll only share your personal information if it's a necessary part of providing services to you (e.g., with our IT providers), or if we're allowed to or have to by law (e.g., if the police or a court tells us to give it to them).
How long it’s kept
We'll only keep your personal information for as long as we need to, which will usually be around 7 years from when we close your file. After that, we'll take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it.
Cookies and Analytics
We don't track your use of our site because we don't need to. We use only strictly necessary cookies that are required for the site to function. Tim Tams don't count.
Access and correction
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to fix or update it if need be. If you do, we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
